Valletta

Day 3: HALF DAY PUBLIC TOUR (Valletta) - After breakfast, guests will be transferred to Valletta, for a guided visit of Malta's Capital city. This guided tour through the vibrant streets of Valletta will allow guests to discover the beauty and charm of the fortified city built by the Knights in 1566. The Order of St. John ruled over the islands for 268 years and left a unique cultural legacy of which Valletta is the prime example. Guests first will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Grand Harbour from the Upper Barrakka Gardens. The tour includes the entrance to the St. John’s Co-Cathedral, including the Caravaggio masterpieces in the Oratory. The Co-Cathedral houses one of the most beautiful marble inlaid floors in the world. Going down Republic Street guests will walk past the Grand Masters’ Palace and the recently restored St. George’s Square before watching the Malta Experience, an audio-visual show where Malta’s history throughout the centuries is brought back to life. At the end of the tour, guests will be transferred back to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure, dinner and overnight.

Mdina

Day 4: HALF DAY PUBLIC TOUR (Mdina) - After breakfast, guests will be transferred to Mdina, for a half day tour of Malta’s medieval city of Mdina, Malta’s former capital. The narrow, winding streets, dating back to the Arab period, lead to the imposing bastions, commanding a panoramic view of the islands. On the way there, you will discover different styles of architecture, including the medieval Siculo-Norman palaces, and other baroque buildings of great historical importance. Time stands still in this ‘Silent City’ which is a film-maker’s paradise. Leaving Mdina through Greek’s Gate, we proceed to the cliffs at Dingli. The tour ends with a visit to the San Anton botanical gardens situated near the Presidential Palace, which you will be able to admire from outside. At the end of the tour, guests will be transferred back to the hotel. Afternoon, evening, and dinner at leisure. Overnight

Comino

Day 5: FULL DAY PUBLIC CRUISE (Comino & Blue Lagoon) - After breakfast, guests will be transferred to Sliema and will board a Turkish Gulet to enjoy a full day cruise. This cruise will depart from Sliema Ferries at 0930hrs and will sail on the North Eastern Coast close to shoreline catching glimpse of various villages and attractions that dot the coastline. Amongst are St. Julian's Bay, St. Paul’s Island and Mellieha. The first stop is Comino Island and the Blue Lagoon, berth ‘stern to’ and spend time at leisure for swimming, sunbathing, snorkelling or simply enjoying a walk on Comino Island which is still untouched in its beauty and nature. In the afternoon, the cruise continues for another swim stop in a nice secluded bay in Gozo and in another bay in Malta. On the arrival at the Sliema harbour (at around 17:30), guests will be transferred back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Gozo

Day 6: FULL DAY PUBLIC TOUR (Gozo) - After breakfast, guests will be transferred to Cirkewwa, which is in the North of the Island, from where they will board the ferry to Gozo for a full day tour. After a short twenty-minute crossing guests will reach Mgarr harbour, which immediately sets the pace to Gozo’s unique atmosphere. The guide will lead guests around the Megalithic temples of Ggantija, the oldest free-standing monuments in the world, pre-dating the Pyramids of Egypt. This will be followed by visits to the medieval citadel in Victoria, the fjord-like bay at Xlendi and Dwejra. Gozo is well-known for its crafts, particularly handmade lace and knitted garments. Gests cannot fail to be impressed by the island’s lush countryside, its serene atmosphere and how different it is from the larger island of Malta. At the end of the tour, guests will be transferred to the Gozo Harbour for the ferry back to Malta and the transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight
